Fit Online application provides services to customers who want to purchase online tickets for fitness and recreation services such as the gym, swimming, tutorial. This application will help vendors to promote their business on the Fit Online mobile application. This apps will provide social networking services to users who can share their daily fitness activities with other users. In the current system in Bangladesh, a customer can purchase fitness and recreation tickets by visiting vendor premises or only one vendor ticket on one website. Using this proposed apps, vendors' tickets will be automatically synchronized with Fit Online. When the user will buy the ticket a copy of the e-ticket will send to the customer, vendor, and Fit Online system. It will save the customer time, cost, as well as fulfill the requirement for fitness and recreation services. Fit Online will ensure the customer a safe and nice environment in vendor premises by an agreement with the vendor.
There are several problems in the current manual system to book fitness and recreation services. No apps support all fitness and recreation services in one platform. People only can book and purchase services by visiting the fitness field which takes more time. The current manual system has no map, event update. The customer needs to have a map in their apps to see available fitness fields in a region. The traditional fitness and recreation business has fixed opening hours to buy tickets. Professional peoples prefer to buy tickets at their convenient time and Fit Online will open all the time to support customers and vendors. Users should be able to check one service for different vendors prices, promotion, location, and type of equipment etc. Users should be able to review the comments and they will prioritize their choice to select a vendor.
